Corporate Secretary

The Company must build and maintain good relation and com­munication with regulators, capital markets, investors and public in general to meet requirements on information trans­parency as indicated in GCG principles.

Corporate Secretary is tasked to hold responsible for publica­tion activities including maintaining the fairness, consistency and transparency of any matter relating to company management and other corporation actions and monitoring of compli­ance to capital market regulations and acting as liaison officer between the Company and stakeholders.
